The O.L. Halsell Foundation was created by Oliver Linden Halsell in 1948. Oliver was known for his strong work ethic and he admired people who were willing to better themselves. His Foundation has been instrumental in funding non-profit charitable organizations in Orange County for more than 60 years.

The Foundation is committed to assisting OC community-based groups and programs that promote social change. Our funding is limited to this geographical boundary so we can remain involved with the non-profit agencies we help support. We believe that by assisting people to take greater responsibility for their own well-being and for the communities in which they live, we can create a better future.
