The O.L. Halsell Foundation annually makes grants to nonprofit, charitable organizations in support of their efforts to improve the quality of life in Orange County communities. Funding is directed towards programs that the Trustees determine best reflect the Foundation’s philosophy. Funds are not granted for individual scholarships, religious institutions, debt retirement or budget deficits.

Currently funded organizations – Orange County nonprofit and charitable organizations must submit a Grant Consideration Request by September 30, 2024.
